The Welcoming Table is a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation (pending 501c3 status) that will own and operate a community hub at TBD, Renovo, PA. The organization serves as the mission-driven landlord and social service provider within the hybrid business model, with donations and contributions funding all community programs.
Mission and Purpose
The Welcoming Table's core mission is to provide sanctuary, community connection, nutritional support, and resource navigation to individuals in the Central Pennsylvania region, fostering recovery and holistic well-being.
The organization addresses a critical need in Renovo, which has experienced decades of population loss and economic decline, creating a shortage of safe "third places" where community members can gather.
Year 1 Programs (Funded by Contributions)
The Welcoming Table will operate four distinct program areas:
Community Meals Program
Free or donation-based community meals offered 2–3 times per week
Prepared in an on-site commercial kitchen with professional health certification
Accessible to all residents of Renovo and surrounding areas regardless of economic status or faith background
Addresses immediate food insecurity while creating a gathering space
Recovery Support and Peer Programs
Peer support meetings focused on recovery and wellness
Facilitated by trained peer specialists with lived experience in recovery
Provides a safe, stigma-free environment for individuals seeking support
Led by Todd M. Lynch (Georgia Certified Peer Specialist) and Amanda Lynch (with decades of lived experience in resource navigation)
Resource Navigation Services
Professional guidance connecting individuals to county and state resources
Specialized support for mental health challenges, addiction recovery, and housing assistance
"Warm handoff" model that actively bridges individuals to necessary social services
Available by appointment in dedicated office space
Supervised Gaming Nights
Friday Night Magic and Dungeons & Dragons sessions
Youth-focused and family-friendly activities
Creates safe recreational space for community engagement
Jointly hosted with Fallen Rock Entertainment DBA
Future Expansion Programs
As the organization stabilizes and raises additional funds, The Welcoming Table plans to expand services to include:
Daily meals program

Organizational Governance
To ensure proper 501c3 compliance and legal integrity, The Welcoming Table operates under strict nonprofit governance:
5-Member Board of Directors comprising Amanda Lynch (President), Todd Lynch (Secretary), a Treasurer, and two independent At-Large directors
Formal Conflict of Interest Policy requiring that any lease or transaction with Fallen Rock Enterprises, LLC be approved exclusively by independent directors
Annual Fair-Market-Value Review of the $1,500/month lease with Fallen Rock Enterprises
Mission-First Allocation: All net rent income is directed back into meals, programs, and facility maintenance rather than distributed to individuals
Public Accessibility: All programs are open to the public regardless of faith background or economic status

Todd brings extensive professional credentials and lived experience to his role as Secretary and co-founder:
Georgia Certified Peer Specialist – Mental & Whole Health (GACPS-MH/WH) – Certified peer support specialist
Master's Degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University
Bachelor's Degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University
Associate's Degree in Religion from Liberty University
3+ years clinical and practical experience in peer support and resource navigation
15 years emergency services experience as a former Firefighter, EMT-B/IV Tech, and 911 Dispatcher in Maryland
Amanda Lynch – Community Engagement & Food Services Lead
Amanda brings practical experience and deep community roots to her role as President and co-founder:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Ministry with Lancaster Bible College
Decades of kitchen and food service experience across numerous restaurant settings
Extensive lived experience navigating resources for housing, mental health, family services, SNAP/EBT, and homelessness support
Committed to peer mentorship – dedicated to sharing her experience to help others during their difficult times
The Stronghold at Renovo
The Stronghold at Renovo is the overall project name for the community hub located at TBD, Renovo, PA. It represents the physical venue and operational ecosystem combining The Welcoming Table's mission-driven programs with Fallen Rock Enterprises' revenue-generating business operations.
Project Overview
The Stronghold transforms a historic church building into a safe "third place" offering:
Community meals and sanctuary space
Recovery support and peer navigation
Youth and adult gaming tournaments
E-commerce and local retail operations
Professional consulting and resource linkage services
The project targets a launch date of April 1, 2026 with an $85,000 capital raise.
Business Lines (DBAs Operating from The Stronghold)
Fallen Rock Enterprises, LLC operates five distinct business divisions from the shared facility:
Fallen Rock Collectibles & Consignments – High-volume e-commerce resale via eBay, specializing in trading cards, vintage goods, and collectibles (sourced through exclusive partnership with LCJ Services)
The Stronghold (Venue Operations) – Hosts events, tournaments, community meals, and public gatherings
Fallen Rock Entertainment – Tabletop gaming tournaments (Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer 40K) and creative intellectual property development (books, screenplays)
Fallen Rock Resources – Recovery coaching, resource navigation, peer support, and "warm handoff" to county services
Fallen Rock Properties – Future expansion into affordable and second-chance housing programs throughout the region
Contribution-Funded Programs at The Stronghold
Contributions to The Welcoming Table nonprofit fund all mission-based programming at The Stronghold:
